There’s a drool that is constant with this salad. I love it and I eat it almost everyday (minus the steak). Sometimes I eat it with chicken or shrimp but it’s definitely my go-to! It is very low in fat and super healthy while filling at the same time. Try it!
- 1 bundle red russian kale
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 head of kale sliced thinly
- salt, pepper
- flavored olive oil
- Steak or whatever protein you’d like
- cheese optional
1.) Remove kale leaves from stem, wash and place into bowl.
2.) Drizzle enough olive oil to coat the leaves. Add juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper. Massage with fingers until soft.
3.) Top with fennel, protein.
